Where is my package?
Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process and another 7-12 business days for delivery. If these times have passed, please reach out to our customer support team.
Where can I find my tracking code?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code automatically. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as our emails occasionally land there. Note that it may take a little time for your tracking link to activate.
How can I track my order?
You can monitor your order with the tracking number sent to your email. Simply enter it on our tracking page to view the latest updates on your delivery.
